Bronze medal reeded rim. A flower-like design with 12 petals extending to the rim. In the centre, a circle with: “SOUTH AFRICA 1900” around a small rose. In the top three petals, the Raadsaal (parliament) in Pretoria with: “GOVT. / BUILDINGS (left) PRETORIA (right)” obliquely above.
