Obverse: Conjoined crowned busts, left. Legend on raised band above: " H.M. KING GEORGE V . H.M. QUEEN MARY" and below between stops: "CROWNED 22ND. JUNE 1911".

Reverse: Britannia and British Lion standing on rocky promontory overlooking sea in strong wind. She holding trident in left hand and wreath in right. Ribbon banner, held in both hands, blowing up and around: "INDIA AUSTRALIA NEW ZEALAND CANADA WEST INDIES SOUTH AFRICA". In the exergue round the rim at the bottom: "HENING & Co. LONDON".
